The Adani Group’s flagship company, Adani Enterprises Ltd., and the Maharashtra government signed a deal on Wednesday (17th’Jan’24) for an investment of Rs. 50,000 crores to establish a 1 GW data center. The data centre would be built with an investment of Rs. 50,000 crores by Adani Group over the next ten years, the apples-to-airport conglomerate announced on Wednesday.

The shares of Adani Enterprises ended Wednesday’s trading about 3% lower at Rs. 2,970.75. Adani Group Chairman Gautam Adani and Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde signed the Memorandum of Understanding at the World Economic Forum 2024 in Davos, the company mentioned in a statement.
